Privacy

This page covers the contact form, the idea submission form and the site itself. It is short because there is not much to it.

Who runs this site

Agent Biz Ideas, 8 The Green Ste R, Dover, DE 19901. Questions: ceo@agentbizideas.com.

The idea submission form

When you send an idea from the submit form, we collect what you type: your name, email, the idea title and pitch, and the optional customer, agent, links and notes fields. We also record the IP address and time of your submission. The IP address is included in the email we receive and kept in memory briefly for rate limiting. It is all emailed to ceo@agentbizideas.com through Resend. We review every submission and won't publish your idea without asking you first. Nothing is sent to you automatically.

The contact form

When you send a message from the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email, topic and message. We also record the IP address and time of your submission. The IP address is used for spam control and rate limiting, and it is included in the email we receive.

The message is sent by email through Resend (resend.com) to ceo@agentbizideas.com and nowhere else. Nothing is sent to you: no confirmation or auto-reply. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so we can answer you if we choose to. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not sold.

To limit abuse, the IP address is also kept in memory briefly so the server can count recent submissions. It is not written to a database by us.

The site

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs. This site sets no cookies of its own. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It records the pages viewed, the referring site, approximate location (country, region and city), device type, browser and OS. Visitors are identified by a hash created from the incoming request, not by cookies, and that visitor session is discarded after 24 hours. No personal identifiers are collected. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your name, email, card and billing details. This site never sees your card number. The idea board stores your upvotes in your own browser (local storage), and they never leave your device.

Deletion
